Summary: The shift between universes causes Piper's memory to be erased, and Gideon tricks Piper into casting a spell on Phoebe and Paige so that they too forget Gideon's evil intentions. With the Charmed sisters under the spell, Leo and Chris are left to stop Gideon from completing his plan. Deadly injured by Gideon Chris dies while Barbas distracts Leo with his greatest fear. Enraged Leo goes after Gideon and vanquishes him. The balance is restored.
Meanwhile, Piper gives birth to baby Chris.

The final scene tradition of Charmed is continued - as the cameras fade out in the last scene, two side by side doors in the hospital, close by themselves. On each door, the word Recovery appears. While "Recovery" is open to interpretation, it seems to mostly make reference to Wyatt being saved and Chris being born.

Paige: So we're staring in a little movie called Pleasantville.
Meaning:
Refers to the movie "Pleasantville" where a brother and sister from the 1990s are sucked into their television set and suddenly find themselves trapped in a "Leave it to Beaver" style 1950's television show, complete with loving parents, old fashioned values, and an overwhelming amount of innocence and naivete. Barbas: How cute. The big elder is scared of the itsy-bitsy baby.
Meaning:
The "Itsy-bitsy" part is from the classic nursery rhyme "The itsy-bitsy spider"
