Creatures: 5x08 BaccaraBacarra, a warlock sent from the future by Cole through a time ripple. Whenever something stops a destined event from occurring, it sends a ripple through time. A powerful warlock like Bacarra could it if he knew the place where destiny was cheated.
Using the help of his younger self, some blood from the Halliwell line and a spell from the future he tried to steal the Book of Shadows.

Summary: Phoebe inadvertently opens a tunnel in time by repeatedly saving the life of her new boyfriend, Miles, who has been preordained to die. The time tunnel provides a pathway for a warlock from the future, Bacarra, who steals the Book of Shadows and uses its power to kill two of the Charmed Ones, leaving Piper as the  last remaining sister to reverse the chain of death.
