Demonic Wasteland
Where demons go after they have been vanquished. A worm-type monster feeds on their essence and powers when they enter the wasteland.
 

Agent Jackman poses as FBI agent but actually is a descendent of witch hunters. He specializes in occult style slaying and considers witches to be the scourge of mankind. Jackman is after Selena, a witch's daughter. He owns an amulet that protects him from witches magic.


He was killed by Cole in order to save Phoebe.

The Angel of Destiny has the ability to freeze anything and everyone. He is beyond a witch's power and poses no threat. His mission is not to intervene (unless it is a desperate situation), but to offer rewards and chart new destinies to those who deserve it. The Angel of Destiny cannot help those who exist outside of time, space or destiny's reach.
As there are different destinies there also are different Angels of Destiny.


Scry for objects/persons:

With the flame of a candle, light a personal object of the person you wish to find and place it into a ceremonial bowl along with the scrying crystal and other personal belongings.

Before the flame subsides, let the wax from the candle drip onto the crystal. Once consecrated, scry with the crystal for the one who is sought

Piper, Phoebe and Paige are startled when the Angel of Destiny arrives in the manor with a tempting proposal. Because of their recent success in vanquishing the Source they are offered the chance to give up their destiny and lead normal lives. Piper and Phoebe seriously begin to consider this option even as Paige protests. Meanwhile, a suspicious FBI agent (Agent Jackman) shows up, wanting their help in catching a witch hunter. After sorting through a messy situation of their own creation, the girls cross paths with the Angel once more, this time with a final decision. They vow to continue their destinies ... and better yet there's a surprise in store for Piper. 

Piper learns that she is pregnant.

Once again the Halliwell Manor door was closed at the end of the episode, this time by the Angel of Destiny.

Cole manages to pick up all kind of powers after killing the beast in the wastelands and becomes the most powerful demon ever.

The actor playing Agent Jackman, Bruce Campbell starred on the series Jack of All Trades, where he was Jack. This may be an inside joke because Brad Kern also produced and wrote another series Bruce Campbell was on, The Adventures of Brisco County, Jr.
