The Source has slaughtered wizards centuries ago, they are supposed to be extinct.
The last surviving wizard is after the Grimoire because there is a spell in there that can consecrate a weapon and make him strong enough to kill the Source. But if the wizard kills the Source he becomes the Source himself. He'll then have enough magic to resurrect his people.
Wizards have the power of illusion.

The wizard has been vanquished by Phoebe.

Grimoire
 The Grimoire, the evil Book of Shadows, is needed in the coronation. The Source has to lay his hand on the book as he as the oath, otherwise he doesn't get his powers.
The grimoire protects itself from good.

Coronation
Guards will take their places along the aisle. There will be Human sacrifices and at midnight the ritualistic chant begins. The Source will be escorted in for the ceremony. A dark priest begins the ceremony with a dark blessing:

May the world's evil flow through your soul tonight and grant you eternal dark.
Are you prepared to take the power and position of the Source before these leaders of the underworld?

Then the Source speaks the oath. Upon completion of the oath, the Source will be given the full powers of the underworld.

Et coronam imponat 
super virum efectum.

translation:
 Blood oath

These words call upon 
the tremendous powers 
of the Source
Within this hour, evil descends. 
And when he crowns himself 
he will be their master
 

to get the powers of the Source
(blood from both must spill over the page of the Grimoire):

Summary: Piper and Paige prepare to tell Phoebe about Cole's demonic connections, only to find out that their sister is pregnant. As Piper struggles with revealing what they know, a magical Wizard appears at the manor, with a plan to get rid of the new Source. Meanwhile Cole prepares for a coronation just as Phoebe realizes the truth. Pulled by evil and torn between her sisters and husband she makes a life altering decision.
