Sikes is an upper level demon. When Sikes kills a witch, he goes after the entire coven. He posed as ADA. As upper level demon he can be vanquished only with a potion of his own flesh.

He was vanquished by Belthazor.

4x08 Scavenger demon

The Scavenger demon is a lower level demon who feeds on the remains of other demons victims.
It has the power to shoot a string of ectoplasm and make it a black slime string. With this it can hold enemies in place and easily
escape.

Summary: Phoebe is startled by a proposal from Cole, leading to a tough decision on her part. Unfortunately her half demon boyfriend doesn't have it any easier as his past comes back to haunt him. Meanwhile, Paige tries to help Piper and Leo learn the joys and complications of parenting by lending them a life like doll. Between demon battles and orbing the two attempt to take care of robokid with disastrous results.
