Gammill is a demon known as "The Collector," Gammill has a passion for creating and collecting figurines. He gets them by shrinking innocents, covers them with clay and burns them to figurines.
To lure them into his house he uses a golem named Finn.

In the 70s he went up against a witch who cast a spell to make as hideous on the outside as he was on the inside.

He was vanquished by the Charmed Ones.

Finn, golem
Created from clay by Gammill for the purpose of luring women to him. He looks like a normal human except for the fact that he has no bellybutton.
Finn rebelled against Gammill and got destroyed by him.

Summary:

Piper allows a new manager to make huge changes to P3 that she later regrets. In the meantime Phoebe investigates a creepy house, at Paige's request, only to get shrunk by Gammill a demon bent on collecting unique figurines. Now Piper and Paige must learn to work together and listen to each other in order to save their sister and themselves.
