Title: 3x12 Wrestling with demons  
     
Creatures: 3x12 KellmanKellman is a demon who goes after humans in need and strikes a classic Faustian deal, promising them help but then the humans are forced into a training academy which is a program that destroys their humanity and turns them into demons. When the recruits graduate, they have to kill an innocent to seal the demonic conversion permanently. When they are completely demonic, they have a brand on the arm with six chevrons.

Kellman was vanquished by Tom Peters and Phoebe.

Tom Peters
Mortal who is seduced into becoming evil. In order to fulfill this he must kill someone he loves to gain possession of any powers.

Demon Wrestlers
Demon bodyguards who protect the underworld. They have the power to open the gates of hell.

Chevrons
The marks that form on the arm of a human who joins in the demon academy. The more tasks they perform, the more chevrons they get. When they get their sixth mark, which is usually by killing an innocent, they would graduate from the academy and become a full-fledged demon.

Summary:

Tom Peters, Prue's ex from college shows up, embroiled in a demonic initiation that involves killing innocents. While trying to help him, the girls end up in hellish fight for their lives against a demon (Mr. Kellman) which nearly kills one of them. In the midst of this, Phoebe tells Piper the truth about Cole, and struggles to come up with a way to tell Prue. Meanwhile, the middle Halliwell searches for her mother's wedding ring, which Leo has lost.
