Demon Kids are offspring of upper level demons. These children can be extremely dangerous as they grow into their powers. The only thing that can destroy them is the "Nothing".

After having been released from the truck they were sent back again by Prue and Victor.

The Ice-cream man is like a demonic dog catcher. The Ice Cream Man is mortal, plays the Devil's Cord, which is a series of notes that when sounded together specifically attract demon kids like moths to a flame.

Inside his truck, there is the Nothing, a vortex within the magical playground which consumes and vanquishes demon kids. The Nothing does not distinguish between good or evil.

He was killed by the Nothing.

Summary:

When Prue and Phoebe are lured into a nightmarish alternate dimension by a seemingly evil ice cream man, the sisters mistakenly help demons and endanger an innocent. They must return to reality to enlist the help of Piper and reconnect with their estranged father to undo their fatal mistake.
